3) 80cm3 into beaker use a measuring cylinder
4) place cardboard lid with hole for thermometer - bulb in water
5) record starting temperature
6) start stopwatch
7) measure temperature every 3mins for 15 mins
8) repeat
9) same volume of hot water
10) use different insulating material between beaker
11) use same Mass of material
