A
  • Work in the convection current of a bunsen burner (carries bacteria in the air away).
  • Wipe surfaces with disinfectant before and after.
  • Minimise opening of containers with bacteria.
  • Flame neck of any bottles used (before&after use).
  • Flame inoculating loop used.

A
