  1. Create rule in rule editor.
  2. Attach rule at system definitions or department level. If at department level it will impact requirements for all patients admitted to that department.

How to add non-flowsheet to required doc

A

Use linked activity field. This will bring user to activity (care plan rather than flowsheets for example). If using this field, leave the flowsheet field blank.
