A
hypothalamic amenorrhoea: stress, exercise, wt loss, medical illness
Pituitary: hyperprolactinoma, sheehan
Thyroid: high or low
Adrenal: CAH, cushings, addisons
Ovarian: PCOS, premature menopause
Uterine: Asherman's syndrome
