Def: Member Demographics Report
Provides statistical demographic data about clients.
Example of Member Demographics Report
Breakdown of the ethnicities, ages, and disabilities of clients that were served during a particular month
Def: Service Detail Report
Provides detailed information regarding clients and the services that they have received
What aré you able to select in a Service Detail Report.
A specific date range, client, service, staff, and time.
Def: Number of Contacts
The n. of times a service was held
Def: Unduplicated Clients
The n. of clients who received a service.
Example of Unduplicated Clients
3 clts receive a particular svc, 2x each: there would be 3 unduplicated clts with 6 services.

19-25, 18+, etc..

Used to obtain totals

If you group “Service Activity Summaries” with “Staff Master” you will get service totals for each staff plus a grand total.
Page Break
Used along with grouping. Creates a new page for each subtotal.
Def: Selection Criteria
Lets you pick who should be included in report and then include dates, programs, type of victimization and member type.
Example of Selection Criteria
If someone asks for SA clts who got services last month, you should use service dates and type of victimization as the selection criteria.
Def: Sort
Lets you pick how data is organized in a report.
Example of Sorting
You can sort by client name, client number, or date of service.
Def: Suppress detail

Detailed report on services provided. Includes name of client, name of staff, date of service, service code, service description, place of service, location, appointment status and units.
