Low cortisol (glucocorticoid) 
Low aldosterone (mineralocorticoid) 
Treatment = Hydrocortisone + Fludrocortisone

Hypopituitarism

A

Pituitary gland doesn’t stimulate hormone secretion by target glands
Treatment = Hydrocortisone (NOT fludrocortisone as renin-angiotensin system will regulate aldosterone) and replacement hormones e.g. levothyroxine, sex hormones
