What are the hypertensive manifestations of renovascular disease?
1- chronic, severe hypertension refractory to medical management.
2- hypertensive emergencies with acute hypertension and target organ damage, including flash pulmonary edema, hypertensive encephalopathy, MI, and ARF.
What are the risk factors for contrast induced nephropathy?
Patient factors: 1- DM. 2- CHF. 3- Anemia. 4- Shock.
