Main function of the urinary system?
A
Excretion. Cleans the body of metabolic wastes, substance that the produced but cannot use.
Kidneys filter blood to remove wastes and then modify resulting fluid. Maintains fluid, electrolytes, acid-base, BP homeostasis.
