Regulations on remuneration were introduced in October 2013. The remuneration report of a company is in two parts. What are these?
A
- Policy report setting out the company’s remuneration policy and the key factors taken into account in setting that policy
- Implementation report setting out actual payments to the directors and details on the link between company’s performance and pay for the financial year.
- Implementation report is published annually.
