How do you clean out the steam wand? How do you use it? Important tips?
Wipe it down and the blast a small amount of steam into the tray: purge
Use about 5 oz less than normal
Don’t let the wand hit the bottom just close and raise it so it barely bread the surface
Should hear light hissing
At 100 degrees tilt the tin 45 degrees so you see a whirlpool
At the lower growling noise stop
Turn the steam wand off in the milk!!!
