Feels fragile and unable to resist outside influences. Feels a duality because there are two identities after this intrusion and is very ashamed about one of them; feels unlovable, feels if others just knew the “real” them they would have no friends. There is a desire to get rid of the other self leading to a suppression of one. The suppression may change depending on circumstances. Results in a very rigid person set on not revealing what she wants to keep hidden.
Thuja
Restlessness romantic never satisified with what she has right now. Desires change and travel. Has an affinity for the lungs. Kids have temper tantrums when they bang their head against the floor; other behavioral issues in these difficult kids.
Tuberculinum
An intellectual with unshakable confidence: theorizing, egotistical and argumentative, he has no need to put a show on for anyone so is often messy and unkempt. Eruptions of the skin: itchy dry skin worse heat that he must scratch, red orifices. Collects things, even things you wouldn’t expect.
Sulphur
A weak, oversensitized person suffers a wound/insult/injury; their response to the wound is to close up and feel guilt/shame because they couldn’t resist or defend him/herself. That is easily inflamed to anger (or the surgical wound is prone to infection). This pent up anger requires a release, which may involve sex somehow. The wound, whether emotional or physical is angry, red, and painful. In the emotional realm, this is often ailments from abuse or bullying.
Staphysagria
A romantic excitable person who gets pushed over a certain threshold and is suddenly overwhelmed and needs people to leave her alone. Commonly a hormonal remedy for women, the physicals center here. In her overwhelmed state she is irritable and sarcastic, av sex and consolation. She is better with vigorous exercise. Chilly, worse cold and worse evening.
Sepia
Mild person with a yielding, changeable disposition who fears being abandoned, so is motivated to please others. Tends to be a hormonal remedy. Emotionally needy: seeks consolation, jealous, timid, conscientious about trifles. Warm worse heat and stuffy rooms. Keynotes: Dry mouth but thirstless.
Pulsatilla
An intuitive people person with diffuse boundaries, e.g. poor concentration; many anxieties and fears due to an active imagination; easy bruising and bleeding; many romantic relationships. Keynote: craves ice cold drinks, then vomits them up. Pains like electric shock.
Phosphorus
Ailments since a fright or a head injury. They’re spacy and dreamy and feel like they’re in a dream. Face purple, pupils constricted, painless complaints.
Opium
Overstimulated workaholic driven by discontentment and ambition with symptoms settling in the GI. Keynotes: ineffectual , worse with stimulants
Nux vomica
Someone with extreme emotional sensitivity suffers grief from a loss and it hurts so much they throw up a thick wall so no one can ever hurt them like that again. They are reserved (laugh over serious matters, can’t cry in front of others) and seem cold but they’re all gooey and sensitive inside: sympathetic, easily offended, yearn for relationships, loyal, music makes them cry. They hold everything close: their feelings, bashful, constipation, amenorrhea, globus hystericus. They’re worse in the sun and prone to headaches.
Natrum muriaticum
Narrow window of tolerance: very chilly but can’t tolerate heat or cold. They are sluggish but oversensitive and have great debility. Everything is worse at night. Their acutes include colds and ear infections, especially with swollen glands. Like any syphilitic remedy, there are profuse nasty discharges with suspicion and paranoia. Metallic taste in the mouth. Impulsivity and compulsivity lead to destruction. Chronic infections and neurological impairment like trembly hands.
Mercurius
The picture of sycosis. A charismatic person who lives at the extreme edge, desiring to experience everything. Makes you think of ADHD: biting nails, can’t concentration, makes mistakes in spelling. Ailments of urogenital tract with strong sexuality. Also the growths of the miasm.
Medorrhinum
Superficial bravado riding on raging insecurity. A person who cringes under authority figures, then bullies others. Lots of GI issues: bloating, distention. A puffed up person. Complaints move R-L. Worse morning and evening. Keynote: love of power.
Lycopodium
Overstimulation seeking an outlet. Passionate, intense and jealous people who lash out abruptly like a snake striking; malicious and vengeful. Have vulnerability at the throat, just like a snake. Hormonal remedy: the WORST pms, have bruisy hemorrhage. Egotism, lascivious, alcoholism, loquacious.
Lachesis
Uptight person with a strong sense of duty to rules who can’t handle change and can’t let go of things, eventually has to face that she can’t control the world around her and this overwhelms her. She likes people but she wants to be in charge. Tends to be compulsive. Anything requiring her to let go is hard: delivery, pooping, unconsciousness, even de-cluttering.
Physicals include wandering stitching pains; swelling especially the glands and around the eyes; rigidity in the form of muscle tension, pain, and arthritis; anxiety in the pit of their stomach; and asthma/catarrh.
Kali carbonica
