Don’t know how protected they are out there some are protected some are not.

Seeing someone close to you life being taken away can be surrel and can cause shell shock (PTSD).

2. Lack of respect of someones body being thrown around
“End of story, except not really”
More horrific stories of experiences and war are going to be told showing how much has happend in the warzone.
“Drink and drugs won’t flush him out”
This is showing that he is trying to get rid of all the PTSD and bad thoughts inside him but even they are not working.
“He’s here in my head”
The PTSD and bad memories from his time on the frontline (warzone) are coming back in his mind from what he was witnessing
