- What is the difference between trade, slave and the slave trade?
Trade: when you but and sell from someone else and get something in return.
Slave : a person who is to work for there owner by force.
Slave trade: Transporting and selling humans and making them slaves.
- What is a conquistador? How were they linked to the slave trade?

- Why was the slave trade so profitable?
The reason why slave trade was so profitable is because the buying of the slave trade was expensive but what the slaves did made up the costs of buying the humans. The younger the more expensive because they had a longer life ahead of them then adults did.
- What was the slave triangle? How did it get its name?
My answer :
The slave triangle was a route to Europe Asia and England for slaves to be sent to my slave ships.
- Why did owners have their slaves included in portraits of themselves?
to show power and wealth
- What was life was like on a slave ship?
Brutal as the slaves were put in narrow and low cabins with many others, were they can caught diseases and die. They were allowed to exit the ship if they were to exercise. Most of them didn’t survive because of suicide or diseases.
- How and why were slaves cleaned up before they were sold?
The slaves were scrubbed before presented to look health and clean the reason why they did this is because the healthier the person is the better they will be as a slave. If they had wounds or whips from the journey they would fill with hot tar.

It was a type of auction were after agreeing a flat rate the planation owners would race to get the best workforce.

The underground railroad was a place where the slaves could escape, where there would be shelter and aid given by people that are against the slave trade.

December 18th 1865
why was slavery abolished?
Slavery was abolished because the wage labour took over the slave trade and it was also declined.

He closed down all of the catholic churches. The pope was no longer the pope. This made it hard for Henry to get a divorce.
