It is totally unstructured, there can be long periods of silence, you can turn up when you want and pray put load or silently. There are chairs around the room with a open bible on a table in the middle

Gives a sense of unity tithe congregation, the prayer may become more familiar if used regularly, gives people the words to say if they are struggling praying alone
