  • uneasy. The uneasiness comes from the fact that there is something wrong with us as humans
  • a solution follows the uneasiness because by connecting with God they know what they need to do
  • you then have the choice to believe
  • all experiences share this phenomenology-it isn’t a coincidence.

A

-pragmatism: choosing the one which makes the most sense. Religious belief makes sense because it fits into and secures your interests.
Religious experience is life enhancing
whilst science needs evidence
-why the difference? because of the difference in what they offer you
