Relevance is the tendency to prove or disprove material issues in a case.
Relevance/Evidence Excluded
Under Federal Rule 403, relevant evidence may be excluded if its probative value is substantially outweighed by misleading the jury, waste of time, confusion, undue delay, unfair prejudice, or needless presentation of cumulative evidence.
