What is a primary and conditioned reinforcer?

A

Primary - innate reinforcer that requires no learning (i.e. food, drink, sleep, warmth, physical touch)
Conditioned - anything that acquires reinforcing value by being paired with existing reinforcers (i.e. stickers, money, bells, clapping)

A

Behavior followed by addition of preferred stimulus, behavior occurs more in the future
