13-18 years:
- Anovulatory (immature HPO axis)
- Pelvic infection
- Coagulopathy
* Pregnancy, hormonal contraceptives
19-39 years:
- Anovulatory (PCOS)
- Polyps, leiomyoma
- Endometrial hyperplasia
* Pregnancy, hormonal contraceptives
40 years to menopause:
- Anovulation (perimenopause)
- Leiomyoma
- Endometrial atrophy
- Endometrial hyperplasia/cancer

- NSAIDs
- Continuous OCPs

What are the diagnostic criteria for APLS?
A
Need one clinical and one laboratory
Clinical:
- Thromboembolism
- 3 or more losses < 10 weeks
- One loss > 10 weeks
- PTD < 34 weeks due to PEC or uteroplacental insufficiency
Laboratory (2 occasions, 12 weeks apart):
- Lupus anticoagulant positivity
- Anticardiolipin antibody
- Anti B2 glycoprotein antibody
