Q
parts of register:
A
property register
contains a description of the land, including incorporeal hereditaments, such as easements over other land, restrictive covenants act, for the benefit of land
proprietorship register
This gives the names of the estate owner(s), the type of title, and any restrictions to which they are subject when dealing with their title
charges register
This contains those interests that are a charge or encumbrance on the land—that is, those interests that do not benefit the land, but rather are a burden on it. Examples include mortgages and rights of way over the land (as opposed to those over other land for the benefit of this land).
