Unity of Western Christianity is shattered,Religious enthusiasm is rekindled, Religious wars broke out in Europe, Pope loses power

passed the Habeus Corpus. The English Habeus Corpus says that the king cannot just throw somebody in jail. In America we have a right of speedy trial and innocent until proven guilty.

take over the throne because they are Protestant. Mary’s father is James II.
