Indirect taxes abolished: Aides+tobac- 1791, gabelle- 1790, taille, capitation etc.
Abolished tax farming
January 1791- 3 new taxes introduced (contribution mobiliere, contribution fonciere & patente)

12th July 1790- CCC –> bishops + priests elected by active citizens, paid by state, diocese redrawn (135–>83)
Oath- Nov 1790- only 7 bishops took it, only 55% parish clergy
Religious dress banned
Refractory priests deported May 1792
Tolerance to Protestants
Pluralism, absenteeism, tithes abolished
