- Tricep/ Biceps/Wrist/Thumb/Knee/Achilles Tendon

A

C5-C6, musculocutaneous, just anterior to the elbow

A

C7-C8 (predominantly 7), radial, just posterior to the elbow

A

C5-C6, radial, about 10 cm above the wrist on the radial aspect of the forearm

L2-L4 (predominately L4), femoral, just inferior to the patella
