• Was looking at potential roles and found investment consultancy, where you can work on investment related issues whilst also using your thinking and problem solving skills to solve problems.
• Found Redington and attended presentation with diversity project.
• The employees were really up beat which was refreshing and highlighted some USP’s such as Redington being a young company. and that you work in small teams
• Felt like I would fit in at the company and the small teams would give me a lot of exposure

• unique role where you can work in Investment world but also working with a lot of different clients as well as on different projects. Allows me to combine both my technical and personable skills
• Also, as part of my masters degree am doing a project on evaluating fund managers performance so the internship fits in well there too.
