  • Onset of new complaint <20 or >50
  • Night pain
  • loss of appetite
  • weightloss
  • SOB
  • Frequent nausea and vomitting
  • recent onset headche
  • neurological signs that are progressive or cover more than one dermaome or is bilateral

S- systemic, signs of infection, pregnacy, cancer, stiff neck with photophobia, meningitis
N- neurological signs,
O-onset, suddent and abrupt, new
Older- >50
P- previous HA history, changed or become ing more frequent or wore
