May be part time or full time

Works full or part time for a certain period of time
Part time
Works less than a standard week (18 hours)

Works for a full standard week (18 hours)
Internal recruitment
Internal recruitment is recruiting staff from inside the business
External recruitment
External recruitment is recruiting staff from outside the business
