Goal: Normalize motion of frontal bone and release the RTM (i.e. at the ethmoid notch).
Hand position 1) Fingers interlaced above midline of frontal bones and not resting on forehead, place the near and hypothenar eminences on lateral angels of frontal bones, hells of hands are anterior to lateral aspects of coronal sutures.
Hand position 2) Thumbs crossed over each other above/near metopic suture. Finger pads of each hand placed across frontal bones, 2 fingers medial to orbit, 2 fingers lateral to orbit
