Jasmine cocktail recipe

A

1 1/2 ounces gin
3/4 ounce fresh-squeezed lemon juice
1/4 ounce Campari
1/4 ounce Cointreau

Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and shake well for 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass; garnish with a lemon twist.

Old Pal Cocktail

A

1 1/2 ounces bourbon or rye whiskey
3/4 ounce dry vermouth (or sweet, ie carpano antica)
3/4 ounce Campari
Garnish: lemon twist

Fill a mixing glass 2/3 full with ice. Add whiskey, dry vermouth, and Campari. Stir until well chilled, about 20 seconds, and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Twist a piece of lemon peel over the drink and use as garnish.

Sazerac recipe

A

1 tsp absinthe
1 tsp simple
3-4 dash peychaud’s bitters
3 oz rye

Chill old fashioned glass
Rinse glass with absinthe
Add simple and bitters
Pour that mixture into separate glass, add rye and stir with ice
Strain into original rinsed glass
Twist of lemon
