Jasmine cocktail recipe
1 1/2 ounces gin
3/4 ounce fresh-squeezed lemon juice
1/4 ounce Campari
1/4 ounce Cointreau
Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and shake well for 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass; garnish with a lemon twist.
Old Pal Cocktail
1 1/2 ounces bourbon or rye whiskey
3/4 ounce dry vermouth (or sweet, ie carpano antica)
3/4 ounce Campari
Garnish: lemon twist
Fill a mixing glass 2/3 full with ice. Add whiskey, dry vermouth, and Campari. Stir until well chilled, about 20 seconds, and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Twist a piece of lemon peel over the drink and use as garnish.
White negroni recipe
1 oz dry gin (beefeater, tanqueray,etc)
1 oz Suze
1 oz lillet blanc
Lemon twist garnish
Mix with ice, stir and strain, served up
Classic Negroni
Classic: 1 oz London dry gin 1 oz Campari 1 oz sweet vermouth Orange twist
Dryer: 1 1/2 oz London dry gin 3/4 oz Campari 3/4 oz sweet vermouth Orange twist
Stir and chill, serve up
Vieux Carre recipe
3/4 oz rye 3/4 oz cognac 3/4 oz sweet vermouth 1 bar spoon Benedictine 2 dash peychaud's bitters 2 dash ango Cherry
Stir w/ ice strain over ice in old fashioned glass
Perfect Manhattan
2 ounces rye and bourbon whiskey 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth 1/2 ounce dry vermouth 2 dashes Angostura or orange bitters Maraschino cherry or small piece lemon peel for garnish
Stirred with ice, strained
Classic Manhattan
2 oz rye 1 oz sweet vermouth Dash ango Stir w ice, strain martini or rocks glass Garnish orange twist / cherry

3-4 dash peychaud’s bitters

Chill old fashioned glass Rinse glass with absinthe Add simple and bitters Pour that mixture into separate glass, add rye and stir with ice Strain into original rinsed glass Twist of lemon
Algonquin Cocktail
1.5 oz rye
3/4 oz dry vermouth
3/4 oz pineapple juice
Shake and strain

1 oz cognac
1 oz Cointreau
1 oz lemon juice
Vesper recipe
0.5 oz vodka
2 oz gin
0.25 oz lillet blonde
Shake over ice, in coupe martini, lemon twist garnish
New York Sour
2 oz rye or bourbon .75 oz simple 1 oz lemon 1 egg white .5oz red wine
Shake everything but wine with ice, pour over fresh ice into rocks glass. Pour wine over spoon to create a float
