4-4.25g Matcha
Stir milk, matcha, and sugar together
5-6 tiger syrup, marble cup
top w/ cheese foam
4-6 shakes brown sugar
brulee and serve

Batch Brew Coffee

A

120g house blend beans
grind into cup at 4.7 setting
fill basket filter, pinch of salt
insert basket into machine and hit brew with empty and open airpot under
press marked button for 5 min brew
after 5 min, throw filter out and rinse basket
when pouring hot coffee, leave a little room
Reg: Green Sugar Lrg: Orange Sugar

A

Batch prep:
1. Pour half pot of coffee into tea pitcher
2. Pour entire can of condensed milk into pitcher
3. Stir vigorously
4. Add rest of pot of coffee into pitcher
5. Stir vigorously, place in Undercounter after dating
