INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz Empress Indigo gin
- 1/2 oz lavender simple
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 4 oz Henry Veray sparkling wine

DIRECTIONS
Build gin, simple, and lemon in shaker with ice. Strain into a flute and top with sparkling wine

A

INGREDIENTS
- 11/4 oz Milagro silver tequila
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- 1 oz passion fruit simple
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 3 jalapeño slices

GARNISH
Lime wheel / chili salt rim

DIRECTIONS
Build in rock glass. Muddled jalapeño with lime add ice and remaining ingredients. Shakewell, poor into chili salted rimmed glass

- 2 oz Suntory toki whiskey
- 11/2 oz cherry blossom syrup
- 1 oz lemon juice

GARNISH
Chateau ribebon float

DIRECTIONS
