Jigger all ingredients into mixing tin and add ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice into glass.

Jigger all ingredients except rum and Reposado into mixing tin. Shake strain into jar. Jigger rum and Reposado into bucket place king cube in glass. Crack papaya pepper.
Glass: Jar with cork, bucket
Garnish: King cube, papaya pepper

4-5 Mint leaves
2 oz Mezcal
1 oz Nopales & Kiwi shrub
1 oz pineapple juice

Ingredients:
2 oz of Mezcal, Whiskey, or Reposado
- Dropper bottle of Angostura Bitters
- Small cup w/ muscovado syrup
- Citrus peels and herbs:
- Orange, Lemon, Grapefruit
- Rosemary, Cinnamon, Sage

2 sage leaves
1.5 oz Ketel One
1 oz Lemon juice
0.5 oz Almond milk
0.5 oz Spirulina Agave
0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
0.25 oz L’orgeat
2 dashes Lavender bitters

0.25 oz white port
0.25 oz Giffard peche
0.25 oz Simple syrup
0.25 oz Lemon juice
Splash of Prosecco
Splash of soda
Gold glitter
Prep:
Add all ingredients except Prosecco and soda. Jigger all ingredients into mixing tin. Shake and strain over fresh ice into glass. Top with Prosecco and soda.
Glass: Bordeaux wine glass
Garnish: Borage flower, sidecar dry ice
Dehydrated peach.

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Blanco Tequila
1 oz Tri pepper juice
0.75 oz Lemon juice
0.75 oz Passion fruit juice
0.25 oz Mandarin Napoleon

Jigger all ingredients into mixing tin and add ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice into glass.

Garnish: Passion fruit cup filled with 151+ fire, mint sprig.

1 oz Orange juice
0.75 oz Honey
0.75 oz Pomegranate juice
0.25 oz Beet juice
0.25 oz Arbol tincture
4 dashes Mole bitters

Water - $20
Ingredients:
2 oz Blanco Tequila
1 oz Lime juice
0.75 oz Watermelon juice
0.75 oz Coconut water
0.5 oz Agave
0.25 oz Kümmel Liquer
Prep:
Jigger all ingredients into mixing tin and add ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice into glass.
Glass: White matte bucket
Garnish: Eucalyptus and cinnamon fog, cinnamon stick, edible flower.
Agua Rosa
Water - $20
Ingredients:
1 oz Gin in coupe glass w/ flower sphere ice
0.75 oz Lime juice
0.5 oz Agave
2 Grapes
2 Cucumber
Top with Rose wine
Prep:
Muddle cucumber and grapes in mixing tin. Jigger lime and Agave into tin. Shake and strain into carafe. Next, add gin to coupe, carriage and mini rose together.
Table side: Pour carafe over rose ice sphere.
Glass: Coupe
Casa Sangrita
Zero Proof - $17
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Seedlip Grove
1.5 oz Sangrita
0.5 oz Agave
1 pinch of salt
1 large basil leaf
Prep:
Jigger all ingredients into small tin. Shake and double strain into glass.
Glass: DOF + cold draft + topped w/ crushed ice
Garnish: 2 basil leaves, 2 dehydrated limes, 1 dehydrated lemon.
