Prep:

Splash of soda

0.75 oz Lime juice
0.5 oz Agave
2 Grapes
2 Cucumber
Top with Rose wine

Prep:
Muddle cucumber and grapes in mixing tin. Jigger lime and Agave into tin. Shake and strain into carafe. Next, add gin to coupe, carriage and mini rose together.
Table side: Pour carafe over rose ice sphere.

0.25 oz Horchata

1 muddled strawberry
4 mint leaves

Prep:
Muddle straw. Add mint. Jigger all ingredients into tin. Shake and double strain into glass.
