Vendor Drop Shipments
Drop-shipped merchandise refers to merchandise that is shipped
directly from the vendors to the store, without passing through the Distribution Center (DC).
Special Orders
We use the Custom Order System to place orders in golf on expanded
assortments or items that are not carried in store. We use the Web Special Order System to
place orders in bikes & fitness on expanded assortments or items that are not carried in store.
Errors when receiving, shipping, or transferring inventory can all result in shrink, known as

-The physical on hand quantity is minimal,The item should be a category within a current season,The item is a Key Item, The item is a non-go forward item,If the item is flagged as “no-go-forward” it cannot be submitted in MIF
because it cannot be replenished, MIF’s cannot be placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunda
