Required ending allowance balance based on the aging schedule. Preadjustment ending allowance for uncollectible may be different than above

It is credit risk that is the amount owed on net receivable net of allowance for uncollectible accounts will not be recovered.
What is off balance sheet risk of net receivalbles?
This is the amount of risk of loss that does not show on the balance sheet. In case of net receivables it will be $0 because all of net receivables show on Balance sheet.

Sales - Cash Collection - Write off
therefore Cash collection =Sales - Increase in A.R - Write off.
What is the affect on total assets, NI and Working Capital of account written of under allowance for uncollectible methods?
There is not affect on all the three. The JE does not have an income account so no affect on NI and since allowance and A/R both are reduced with the same amount there is no affect on total assets or WC either
