4 simultaneous risings = Devon, Hertfordshire, Leicestershire and Kent
Plans leaked in jan which forced rebels into action = so Kent only experienced worse rising

Decline in cloth industry = social + economic grievances

A

Demonstrated extent to which suspicion of marriage
Resulted in execution of lady Jane grey = father supported rebellion.

6 feb = rebels move to Kingston upon Thames and cross river toward London
7 feb = rebels stop at Ludgate on edge of city of London + surrender
