1 Cube Brown Sugar
3 Dashes Angustura Bitters
Small Splash Of Water
Roughly 50-60ml Bourbon
Muddle/Break down the Sugar so it’s completely Dissolved
Stir before Ice
Add ice and stir to chill
Pour Over some Ice into Rocks Glass
Martini
Chill Glass Soda/Ice
50ml Chosen Gin/Vodka
15ml dry Vermouth
Stir with ice
Double strain to glass

40-45ml rye whiskey
50ml sweet vermouth
15ml Grand Marnier
3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Lemon Twist
Add all ingredients to mixing jar with lots of ice
Stir until very cold
Strain until Martini Glass
Garnish

35ml Lemon Juice
25ml Egg White
25ml Sugar Syrup
50ml Egg White

Add all ingredients to shaker and shake without ice
Add ice and shake further
Garnish angostura bitters
Margarita
35ml Altos Tequila
25ml Lime Juice
15ml Cointreau
10ml Agave
Coat half rim with lime and salt
Shake and strain into glass
Negroni
25-30ml Campari
25-30ml Gin
25-30ml Sweet Vermouth
Orange half wheel
Add ice to rocks glass
Add all ingredients
Stir until chilled
Serve
(Also can be served on a stemmed glass)
Vieux Carré
4 Dashes Bitters
2 tsp Benedictine
20ml Sweet Vermouth
20ml cognac
20ml Rye Whiskey
Add all ingredients to mixing jug with ice
Mix heavily until chilled
Strain into chilled martini glass
Garnish cherry

Into mixing glass
1 sugar cube
3 dashes peychauds bitters
2 dashes angostura bitters
50ml Cognac (Traditionally) or Rye Whiskey
Lemon peel
Add all ingredients to mixing jug
Coat rocks glass with a little bit of absinthe
Add ice and stir 20 seconds
Double strain into glass NO ICE IN GLASS
Squeeze oil from lemon peel onto glass and then serve, no peel In the drink
Espresso Martini
Chill Martini Glass
Into shaker add
30ml Vodka
20ml Kalua
35ml Cold Brew Coffee
5ml of sugar syrup
Shake as hard as you possibly can for 20 Seconds
Pour into martini glass it should produce three layers
Garnish with some well place coffee beans
Pornstar Martini
50ml Vanilla Vodka
25ml Passionfruit Puree
12.5ml Sugar Syrup
Shake with ice and strain into chilled martini glass
Garnish 1 shot of prosseco
