Q
  1. Now read the story and answer the questions as the footnotes appear. The primary reason for this is that nothing after the paragraph you are reading will impact your answer.
A

So why not answer it when the information is fresh. In addition, this strategy helps you stay focused and avoids` you having to look back at the story when answering the questions.

Q
  1. When answering the questions remember there is always evidence to support the correct answer.
A

Never make an assumption or pick a random fact - find the evidence!!! What you choose must be validated by information in the story!!! One word in an answer choice that is not true and that can not be the answer - cross it off!!
