The force that opposes the protagonist. It may be another person or persons nature, or the main characters environment
Antagonist
Struggles caused by the main characters environment
External Conflicts
Warring elements in the main characters mind mind. i.e.: Honostey vs. greed
Internal conflicts
What is created by the struggle to resolve conflict.
Suspense
The highest emotional impact of the story
Climax
The unraveling of the plot
Denouement
The idea, general truth, or commentary on life or people brought out through a story
Theme
The time and place in which the events occur in a story
Setting
The outcome or conclusion
Resolution
