What are some details re the NAR?
It is the largest trade organization in the world. Began in 1913. Provides the MLS to brokerages. Anyone can create a MLS. To maintain a membership one must complete a 2 1/2 hour ethics every two years
Why was FREC established in 1925?
To administer and enforce the real estate license laws that were established in 1923 by the Florida legislature
