Three in one . Christians beleive in one God who has three elements , the father , the son and the holy spirit

God the father is reffered to as the father because christians beleive that he created us and the world

God came to earth in the form of his son jesus

Part of God the spirit that works within the world . It is a helper and guider

Christians celebrate this event because this is when the Angel Gabriel tells mary that she has been chosen by God to the mother of jesus christ

The immaculate conception is to beleive that mary was spotless from sin from the first moment of her life

Jesus was angry because the temple was being used for traders and money changers when it should of been used to worship God .

This is when Jesus washes the disciples feet. He tries to wash peters feet but peter objects because he thinks he is unworthy , but jesuss in the end convinces him .
What is the betrayal prediction ?
This is when jesus tells his disciples that one of them is going to betray him , they then ask who it is. Judas says surely you don’t mean me jesus, jesus then knows that Judas will betray him .
What happens in the Garden of Gethsemane?
After the last supper Jesus took his most trusted friends to the garden , these were Peter , John and James . Jesus asked them to watch him whilst he prayed , he came back three times to wake them up . Jesus asked God to top the suffering.
What happened in the Road to Emmaus?
Two disciples , Cleopas and his wife were walking sadly along the road , they met Jesus and he asked what had happened and they told him . They then found out it was Jesus but he had vanished . They then set of to Jerusalem to tell the others.
What happened when Thomas doubted Jesus?
On a sunday evening , Jesus went to them and stood them by saying peace be with you . He showed them his hands , Thomas was not with them at the time . The other disciples then got Thomas who needed to see proof , Jesus told him stop your doubting and beleive .
What happens of the ascension ?
It is beleif that forty days after his resurrection , Jesus was lifted up into heaven in order to be seated with his father in heaven . When Jesus ascended to heaven he promised the disciples that he would always be with them and come back in the form of the holy spirit.
What is Pentecost?
This is the coming of the holy spirit which marked the birth of Christianity . The symbols of the holy spirit came down , wind and fire . The holy spirit came down and then suddenly the disciples could speak many languages , so they all wnet out into the world and spread the word

Mass is the most important because every sunday and on special days throughout the year , Catholics attend mass in their church.
