RBT Flashcards
Continuous Measurement
Measurement in which all possible responses can be detected during observation periods
Frequency
count of how many times it happens
Duration
length of response
Latency
time between sd and response
IRT
time between one response and the start of a similar response
Discontinuous measurement
involves dividing an observation into intervals and recording whether a behavior occurred during some or all of each interval ) or at the exact time of observation
Whole Interval
Larry screamed the entire 30 secs interval
Partial Interval
Larry screamed once
Momentary-Time Sampling
Larry screamed at the exact moment that I was taking data
Preference assessment
tool that allows practitioners to determine a preference hierarchy.Tells us what will motivate an in idividual at a specific point in time
MSWO
the teacher places an array of items (usually toys or edibles) in front of the child, and allows him or her to select one. After the child plays with or consumes the item, the teacher removes it from the array
MSW
ITEMS ARE PRESENTED, LEARNER CHOOSE,ITEM IS PUT BACK, AND UNCHOSED ITEM IS REPLACED
Single stimulus
providing 1 item to child and recording their bx reponse/ duration
Paired stimulus
2 items in front of client, client picks 1
Free operant observations
observing and timing how long a client engages with a item.use to identify reinforces
