Opposed to the ratification of the constitution. Believed in a weak national government. The presented the bill of rights to prevent the abuse of power.

Supported the constitution and a strong national government. Believed that in order for there to be order and protected people’s rights a constitution was needed. They thought the bill of rights wasn’t necessary.

What kind of rights do the executive branch have?
They can veto laws. He can appoint high officials. They can conduct foreign policies. They enforce laws and treaties. The president is the commander in chief of the military. Recommends bills to congress. He also reports the state of union to congress.
