Rate & Rank:
In this function, consumers are asked to rate or rank different products or product attributes. It helps brands identify which features or variations resonate most with their target audience and prioritize improvements accordingly.
ideal for testing product, marketing and experience options that do not have prices.
Rate & Rank 2 stage evaluation
- filtering out items with negative sentiment
- followed by ranking those items with positive sentiment
- Results, including comments, can be analyzed in aggregate or per segment.
Does Rate and Rank predict product preformance?
Rate and Rank results are not predictive of product performance and cannot be compared across Insights. Responses are not weighted by those “in the know”.
The results of rate and rank are shown by what:
The Style Score - the items are sorted from most to least preferred, based on the Style Score, with 1 being the lowest (10 is the highest)
Style score
1-10, based on how much individuals liked the item
