Spinotrapezius
Muscle that attaches to thoracic vertebrate and inserts on spine of shoulder blade. Moves scapula upward and backward.
Cutaneous Maximus
Muscle attached to skin on lateral and dorsal sides of body
Latissimus dorsi
Muscle partially covered dorsally by the Spinotrapezius. Originates on the thoracic and lumbar vertebrae and inserts on underside of upper arm.
External oblique
Muscle covers the sides of abdominal cavity from the hips to the rib cage. fibers run right Angle to latissimus dorsi
Acromiotrapezius
Central muscle of trapezius group. Inserts on scalpels of the shoulder and originates on the neck vertebrae. Moves scapula dorsally
Clavotrapezius
Just ahead of the acromiotrapezius. Very narrow and thin. Elevates the collar bone. Originates at top of the neck
Sternomastoideus
Muscle anterior to clavotrap. And inserted underneath the clavotrapezius near the ear. Origin is on the breastbone and insertion is skull
Triceps brachii
Muscle on side and back of upper arm. Inserts on the elbow and originates on humorous and scapula. Has three bundles and extends to lower arm
Biceps brachii
Located on anterior surface of the humerus and reflexes lower arm
Biceps demoted
Large muscles in two bundles and can be located easily on side of the thigh. Hip to thigh bone and upper half of shin bone
Gluteus Maximus superficialis
Butt blends with tensor fasciae latae which goes down the side of the knee
Gastrocnemius
Heel with Achilles’ tendon. Forms bulk of calf muscle and extends foot
Masseter muscle
Lateral posterior part of head
Rectus abdominis
Medially on central side running longitudinally on the belly
Deltoides
Shoulder posterior to the clavotrap. And partially covered by acromiotrap
