If possible you should START the genetic testing with the person who HAS the cancer.

Vulvodynia
A
Unknown etiology. For diagnosis:
1) Severe pain on vestibular touch or attempted vaginal entry
2) Tenderness to pressure localized in vulvar vestibule
3) Visible findings confined to vulvar erythema of various degrees
Treatment:
Avoid tight clothing, tampons, hot tubs, etc. that can irritate vulva
Topical treatments: lidocaine, estrogen, steroids
TCA and intralesional interferons
