What the heck does the Targeted Preductal SpO2 (Right Hand) chart in the Neonatal Resus algorithm mean?

A

According to the American Academy of Pediatrics, fetal spo2 is 60%, and can drop as low as 30% during labour. It then increases in the 10 minutes following birth.
The chart we have are guidelines for the ideal saturation ranges in that time.
