  • Stiffness / Sense of Instability with aching pain.
  • Trauma from previous Ankle Sprain.
  • Tenderness on Palpation during Passive Inversion
  • Orthotics to Support the foot arch, NSAID.
  • Rest won’t help. Avoid impact exercises if worsens then use non impact activities.

Adductor Tendonitis/Tendinosis. 
Symptoms:

A
  • Localised exercise-induced pain around adductor longus Insertion.
  • Caused by excessive stress and strain from slips, kicking the ball, jumping etc.
  • Distinct tenderness on palpation over the proximal part of the adductor Insertion/aggravated by contraction.
  • Conservative treatment inc modified training and stretching.
  • Cycling and other low-impact activities to keep general fitness.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. 
Symptoms:

  • Paraesthesia of radial 3.5 fingers, pain in wrist and disturbed sleep.
  • Chronic Compression of median nerve by hypertrophied flexor tendon rentinaculum.
  • Tenderness on Palpation and + Tinel’s sign, severe cases cause atrophy on thumb.
  • NSAID, massage, and stretching.
  • Avoid static Dorsi flexion during exercise.
