- Stiffness / Sense of Instability with aching pain.
- Trauma from previous Ankle Sprain.
- Tenderness on Palpation during Passive Inversion
- Orthotics to Support the foot arch, NSAID.
- Rest won’t help. Avoid impact exercises if worsens then use non impact activities.

Adductor Tendonitis/Tendinosis. Symptoms: Aetiology: Clinical Findings: Treatment: Exercise Prescription:

- Localised exercise-induced pain around adductor longus Insertion.
- Caused by excessive stress and strain from slips, kicking the ball, jumping etc.
- Distinct tenderness on palpation over the proximal part of the adductor Insertion/aggravated by contraction.
- Conservative treatment inc modified training and stretching.
- Cycling and other low-impact activities to keep general fitness.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Symptoms: Aetiology: Clinical Findings: Treatment: Exercise Prescription:
A
- Paraesthesia of radial 3.5 fingers, pain in wrist and disturbed sleep.
- Chronic Compression of median nerve by hypertrophied flexor tendon rentinaculum.
- Tenderness on Palpation and + Tinel’s sign, severe cases cause atrophy on thumb.
- NSAID, massage, and stretching.
- Avoid static Dorsi flexion during exercise.
