What is a Latin square?
Latin square design is a method that assigns treatments within a square block or field that allows these treatments to present in a balanced manner.Latin square designs allow for two blocking factors. In other words, these designs are used to simultaneously control (or eliminate) two sources of nuisance variability.
What is the purpose of a sorting task?
The sorting task is a simple procedure for collecting similarity data in which. each assessor groups together stimuli based on their perceived similarities.
e.g. taste following wines Left to right, make groups based on similarities
Define organoleptic
acting on, or involving the use of, the sense organs.
What is a ranking task?
Exercise in which participants rank variations of a physical situation on the basis of a specified physical quantity and explain their reasoning.
What is a triangle test?
A standard Triangle Test involves a blind evaluation of three relatively similar samples where assessors are asked to choose the outlier, even if it’s just a guess. After the test, scientists calculate the correct and incorrect results, using this data to determine whether a statistically significant difference exists between the samples

A nerve with three branches split in 3 - eyes, nose/jaw, lower jaw to cover whole face
