Aca is used as here for verbs of motion. Ex: Juan ven aca (Juan come here) where aqui is used for other things. Ex: Puedes registrarte aqui (you can register here).

They both mean there but ahi is used if it is relatively close where as alli is used to represent something “over there” that you cannot necessarily see. Ex: La chica esta ahi vs. La chica esta alli.
