1) Antipsychotics : Increase: Chlorpromazine, Olanzipine; Decrease: Haloperidol & Risperidone
2) Antidepressants associated with seizures include bupropion, buspirone, lithium, tricyclic antidepressants (especially amoxapine, clomipramine, maprotiline), atomoxetine, and monoamine oxidase inhibitors.

Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) and selective norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs) are generally safe.

3) Anitbioics : The strongest correlation with antibiotics and seizures has been appreciated with penicillins, fourth generation cephalosporins, imipenem, and fluoroquinolones
