- Civil Division - Appeals from the County Court, Family Court & High Court of justice - Headed by Master of the Rolls (MR) - Criminal Division - Appeals from Crown Court - Headed by Lord Chief Justice - Decisions are binding to all lower courts - Permission to appeal is required
