- IV contrast
- myoglobin

lots of hydration!
3 stages of acute tubular necrosis
- prodrome (increase in creatinine)
- oliguric (decreased urine output)
- polyuric (increased urine output)
BUN:Cr ratio greater than 20
Urine Na less than 10
Pre-renal!
